Design-Side Includes (DSI) is a completely free web content reuser
utility to insert common snippets of HTML code into multiple web
pages at design-time.

DSI is run from the command-line.  Use the "java" tool to launch
DSI. The basic format is:

   > java -jar dsi.jar [SrcDir] [FileName] [NewExt]
